Register a new birth. Free within 60 days of birth; fees apply after. Certificate issued by the NPC at the Calabar registration centre.
Register the death of a family member at the NPC registration centre. Required before burial in most cases.
Statutory marriages are conducted at the Calabar Municipal Marriage Registry or the Federal Marriage Registry, Calabar.
State acknowledgement of a change of name. Must be supported by a court affidavit and newspaper publication.
